For the OA flap we return to the original service project done by the unknown scout. This variation on the Origins CSP incorporates the Black Eagle Lodge totem.

The OA flap may be purchased by non-Order of the Arrow members as part of the fundraiser, but may only be worn on the uniforms of members of Black Eagle Lodge.
