    Dear Parents and Family,

Thank you for all your concerned worries. We love to hear that you care so much about our safety. We really do luckily we are not hurt or dying nor are we sitting in bed sick. We are all fine.

We are very sorry for not putting an update out in a while but our computer was down last night. The night before we forgot.

Well heres what has happened since then.

Sunday we all were in the National Jamboree Parade 2010. Covered by Fox News. Then we went around and toured downtown D.C. seeing some monuments.

Monday we arrived a little past on time but not too much. We then began setting up camp. Achieved that in less then 4 hours. Yay! After that we all went to different parts of camp to check stuff out. Get a feel for what is around the Jamboree.

Tuesday was our first day we had all to ourselves for the Jamboree. Some of us made the mistake of sitting in line for 3 hours for on activity while others were already out and about doing stuff at the other end of camp. Some of us also had the chance to talk to the author of the Eragon series, Christopher Poalini, and get an autographed teaser of his first book Eragon.

Today, We had our oppening ceremony for the 2010 National Jamboree. We saw important figures such as SecDef Robert Gates, National Order of the Arrow Lodge Chief, The Chief Scout Executive Bob Mazzuca (he makes alot of the important decisions for the BSA. We got to hear some speechs from some celebrities. Celebrities like Miss America, or the National Gaurd sponsored WWE wrestlers Sgt. Slaughter, and Eve Pheonix. We also got a preview of who is to speak at the closing Arena Show. People such as Mike Rowe the host of Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel, and the famous Christian Rock group Switchfoot.

Well the computer is dying so I have to go.

    Parents and Family,

It is hot out here in D.C! Today was the hottest day of the year! Today we had our fist encounter with Crime&Punishment! Unfortunately it was all behind glass. We visited the newest Crime&Punishment Museum in downtown D.C. we got to do lots of cool things. Like drive a simulated car chase. With the same simulator that real cops use during training! After we were done doing time, we snuck over to the new Spy Museum. There we got a first hand look at real spy gear. As well as gaining some useful tips on how to detect and become a spy ourselves. Unfortunately here we had a let down because we weren’t allowed to use the spy gear. After we had our fun trying to be counterintelligence ourselves we decided to visit some memorials and pay our respect to the fallen soldiers of wars past. After we were done letting swear roll off our bodies at the Lincoln Memorial we went home for the day. Jambo two days and counting.

    P.s. more pictures are coming.
